Weekly upkeep. Deep cleaning before guests arrive. Move-in and move-out. I use a castile-alcohol-vinegar oil standard. No chemical smell. No checklist crew in and out in forty minutes. I move furniture. I check the tops of door frames. Organization and decluttering if the closet has gotten away from you. Mother’s helper and postpartum support is for anyone really that needs this kind of help, and especially helps if you’re in that season. Concierge services if you need someone to coordinate vendors while you’re out of town.
Nederland-to-Boulder canyon turnover isn’t flatland work. Guests check in at 4 PM. I need to be done by 2. Front Range hard water deposit protocol is standard. Post-wildfire ash particulate removal is standard. I restock supplies. I check the HVAC filter. I send photos before I leave. Co-hosting and Staging available if you need it.
