Every house is different. Some need a reset after a busy season. Some need weekly upkeep to stay ahead of the dust. Some need the kind of detail that protects wood, stone, and finishes that cost more than my truck. I scope it. I price it. I clean it.
I believe in charging for the quality of the work, not the minutes on the clock. Whether it’s tackling altitude grime in Nederland or a detailed turnover in Coal Creek Canyon, every area has its own needs. By charging per job, I ensure they all get the attention they deserve without surprise fees or clock-watching. I consider the location, season, and specific scope to give you a fair, flat rate. Below are common starting points for my services.
No rushed sessions or clock-watching. I clean until your property meets professional standards.
Know exactly what you pay from the start. Flat rates tailored to your specific mountain rental.
Specialized care that accounts for seasonal shifts, altitude dust, and local canyon conditions.
Recurring service for occupied areas. Final price depends on size and condition.
Life gets busy, and dust doesn’t wait. It settles in vents, clings to fabrics, and builds up on floors where a regular wipe won’t touch it. My Deep service is a full reset. I go after the buildup standard maintenance misses, HEPA extraction, zero-residue products, and the patience to find what other cleaners walk past. When I leave, the house breathes differently.
Moving is hard enough without walking into someone else’s dust. My move-in/move-out service is more than a wipe-down. I clean the places people skip, inside cabinets, behind appliances, vents, baseboards, just anywhere the last residents left their trace. You walk into air that actually feels fresh, not just looks clean.
Fine homes need more than a checklist. Stone, reclaimed wood, and custom finishes need the right product and the right cloth, I DO know which cleaner dulls granite and which preserves it. I clean it. No crew. No strangers in your house.
Weekly upkeep. Bi-weekly. Monthly. Deep cleans. Move-in/move-out. Organization and decluttering. Mother’s Helper. If it involves cleaning a house from Black Hawk to Boulder, Nederland to Coal Creek Canyon, I probably do it.
Four to eight hours. Depends on the house. I don’t rush. Older mountain homes have dust in places standard cleaners miss. I find it.
Call or text. 970-212-8485. I answer. If I’m on a job, I call back the same day.
I don’t send strangers. I don’t work from a checklist someone else wrote. I’ve been driving the Nederland-to-Boulder canyon since 2016. I know which houses have well water, which have septic, which need the ash protocol after fire season. You can’t train that in a weekend seminar.
Yes. I don’t use anything I wouldn’t use in my own house. No bleach. No ammonia. No “green” label that just means it costs more. I have customers with allergies. I use unscented products when they need it. If your dog licks the floor after I leave, I’m not worried. You shouldn’t be either.
I live here. I know Boulder County’s dust, pollen, wildfire seasons, altitude grime, road dust, and snow grit, and I adjust for your reality, not a generic checklist. From Black Hawk to Boulder, Nederland to Coal Creek Canyon, I treat every property with the local knowledge it deserves.
No. Many of my clients give me secure access. I treat your house the way I’d treat my own. One customer said the day I clean feels like a holiday in her own home.
Yes. I offer $25–$100 off your first clean depending on the scope, plus 10% off when you set up recurring service. Refer a friend and you both get rewarded.
