It’s not just the mess you see. It’s the drawer you open and can’t find what you need. It’s the garage where the car doesn’t fit anymore. It’s the mental stack of “I should deal with that” every time you walk past.
In the mountains, dust settles fast. The air is dry. Clutter gives dust places to hide. You dust, and two days later it’s back. Not because you missed it. Because it’s buried under things you haven’t sorted.
I clear both. The stuff and the dust underneath it.
Most organizers sort your things and leave.
Most cleaners clean around your things. I do both, in the same visit.
System Restoration is three steps.
First, I declutter. We go through what you have. You decide what stays. I handle the rest. Donation drop-off, recycling, disposal. I know where things go here.
Second, I organize what stays. Not by how it looks. By how you live. Your hiking gear near the door. Your ski stuff where you can reach it in November. Your pantry so you can see what you have before you buy more.
Third, I HEPA-clean. After the clutter is gone, I vacuum with HEPA filtration. I get the dust that was hiding under it. The air in your home actually changes. You notice it when you walk in.
This isn’t a one-day tidy. It’s systems you can keep. Labels where you need them. Zones that make sense for how you actually use the space.
I show up. I walk through with you. I listen to what's not working before I touch anything.I don't bring bins and baskets and try to sell you organizing products. I use what you have first. If you need something, I tell you what and where to get it. You buy it. I don't mark it up. Most projects are flat packages, so you know the number before I start. I work in focused sessions and stick to the timeline I give you.
I use castile soap, alcohol, essential oils, and Norwex microfiber. No bleach. No ammonia. No chemical smell that makes you open the windows in February. I've been doing this in the canyon since 2016. I know which homes have well water and which have septic. I know which roads take longer in mud season. That matters when I'm scheduling your visit.
Here are the starting points I see most often.
Every home is different, so I give you the exact number before I start. No hidden fees.
Small space / light organizing: Starting at $150
Medium project: Starting at $1,000
Whole-home overhaul: Starting at $2,000
These are starting points, not final quotes. A single closet might land at the low end. A whole home with years of accumulation might go higher. I walk through with you first, then I give you one flat price for the work.
Laundry Add-On
If I'm already in your home, I can handle the laundry too. You don't need a separate service call.
Done in your home: $25/hour on top of your regular service
Taken to a laundromat: $2.00/pound + $50 travel fee
Snow travel / bad mountain weather: additional $100
Taken to my home: $30/hour
No laundromat in the canyon, so laundry runs are part of the deal when you need it.
Decluttering is the first step. If you're prepping a home for Airbnb or VRBO, I can take it from empty to rental-ready.
Declutter, deep clean, stage with what you have, restock the essentials.
Ask about Rental Ready Prep. It's the step before the turnover.

Most projects are flat packages. Small spaces start around $150, medium projects around $1,000, and whole-home overhauls around $2,000. I walk through with you first and give you the exact number before I start. No surprises.
Most rooms take one 3-to-5 hour session. Kitchens and garages take longer. Whole homes take multiple sessions. I tell you how long before I start.
For the first session, yes. You decide what stays and what goes. After that, I can work alone if you want. Some clients prefer to be there. Some prefer to come home to a finished space.
I use what you have first. If you need bins, labels, or shelves, I tell you what to get and where. You buy them. I don’t mark up supplies.
Closets. Pantries. Garages. Storage rooms. Kitchens. I don’t do whole-house makeovers in a day. I pick the space that bothers you most and fix it.
A deep clean cleans what’s there. System Restoration clears what’s there, sets up systems for what stays, and then cleans. Most of my clients do both. Declutter first. Deep clean after.
Yes. Decluttering is the first step to turning a home into a short-term rental. Ask about Rental Ready Prep. I take it from empty to rental-ready.
Yes. If I’m already in your home, I can add laundry service. In-home laundry is $25/hour on top of your organizing rate. I can also take it to a local laundromat for $2.00/pound plus a $50 travel fee, or take it home for $30/hour. Snow travel adds $100.
Black Hawk to Evergreen is my main corridor. I also cover Nederland, Coal Creek Canyon, Rollinsville, Eldora, and the Golden Gate area.
