Vacation Rental Staging and Provisioning
From Black Hawk to Evergreen
I stage and provision vacation rentals from Black Hawk to Evergreen. Staging is how the place looks when guests walk in or when the listing photos get taken. Provisioning is making sure the right supplies are in the right place, in the right amount. You can book either on its own, or add it to a turnover clean.
Staging
I set up coffee stations: mugs, stirrers, local coffee. I put out welcome books with the WiFi password, fire pit instructions, and the closest good place to eat. I fold towels and linens so they photograph well and feel right when guests walk in. I arrange pillows and blankets so a place looks lived in, not cluttered. I check that the lamps work and open the blinds before photos.
I am not an interior designer. I make the property look like somewhere a guest wants to wake up.
Provisioning
Provisioning is the restock. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, filters. I keep track of what guests use and what they do not, so you are not buying stuff that sits in a closet. I check that the cleaning supplies are stocked, the trash bags fit the cans, and the dishwasher pods are where guests expect them.
For seasonal properties I adjust the list. More firewood and hot chocolate in winter. Extra sunscreen and water bottles in summer.

Staging and provisioning works as one job or two. If you already book turnover cleaning with me, I can stage and provision in the same visit. If you need a one-time staging for new listing photos, I do that. If you want ongoing provisioning between turnovers, we set up a schedule.
