House Cleaning in Evergreen, Colorado

I clean mountain homes at 7,300 feet,
where Evergreen Lake draws the weekenders
and the elk move through town like they own it.

Somewhere between Denver and the high country,
Evergreen homes sit close to the city and deep in the forest.
I've been driving this front range stretch since 2016.

The weather here is its own thing. Snow in town, dry on the ridge.
Mud from the trailhead comes in on boots and stays.
I know the difference between a cabin closed up all week and a home that saw a busy weekend.
I clean for both.

I started in home healthcare. I noticed the people who healed faster had something in common:
their spaces were actually clean. Not just tidy. Clean. That stuck with me.

You're never handed off to a stranger. I don't work from a checklist someone else wrote.
I use my eyes. I wet-lock dust. I don't sweep it into the air you breathe.

What I do for Evergreen homes

Weekly and bi-weekly upkeep-
Deep cleans-
Move-in and move-out-
Organization and light decluttering-
Mother's Helper support

I show up on the day we set, at the time we set. I know the rhythm: the weekend reset,
the deep clean between the busy months when owners come back for their own quiet weekend.

I hit the baseboards. The window tracks. The inside of the microwave.
The spot behind the stove where grease collects.
I don't move furniture. What I can reach without moving it, I clean. I extract.

Vacation rental turnover

I also turn over rentals near Evergreen Lake, Bergen, and along Highway 74. I wash every sheet. I make every bed.
I fold every towel. I check the remote, the coffee maker, the shower drain.
I photograph every turnover at fixed points before I leave.

Move-in / Move-out

I clean before you unpack. The cabinet interiors. The inside of the oven. The window tracks where a winter of dust collects. I take before and after pictures. That's what gets deposits back.

Fall in Evergreen

Fall shows up fast at 7,300 feet. The aspens turn, the lake road gets busy,
and the wood stoves come back on between the first frost and the first heavy snow.

Fine ash from the stove, and I wet-lock it. Mud from the trailheads,
and boot racks that collect everything. I know where it collects, and I find it.

Winter brings the next problem. Ice, and the salt that comes with it. It rides in on boots and lands on every floor between the door and the kitchen. Salt is hard on hardwood, and the damage shows up slowly in the finish, long before you notice the white rings. I wrote about what it does and what actually helps: what road salt does to hardwood floors.

What Evergreen homes need

Altitude. 7,300 feet. Products dry differently here. I know which ones work.

- Lake district dust. Evergreen drafts and lake-side dust settle on every surface. I find it.
- Wildfire smoke. Smoke from a distant season settles in filters and vents. I check. I replace when asked.
- Wood stove ash. Fine ash settles on every surface. It's not dust. It's silica. I wet-lock it. I don't dry-dust it.

What I use

Castile soap. Alcohol. Essential oils. No bleach. No ammonia. No "green" label that just means it costs more. I bring everything. You don't buy supplies. Norwex microfiber on glass and granite. No lint. No streaks. I color-code rags. Kitchen first. Bathroom last.

Call or text me, and tell me your dates.

No. Most homeowners and rental owners give secure access.

I treat the property like my own.

Castile soap, alcohol, essential oils, and unscented options.
No residue, no harsh fumes.
Yes. Coffee, toilet paper, soaps; you leave items out or tell me where they are

I make that call, and I will tell you when the road is not safe. If the road is genuinely bad, I do not come up. We move the visit, and there is no cancellation fee and no trip charge, and there is none if you are the one who calls it. If you look at your driveway and you do not want anybody driving it, tell me. I am not going to talk you out of it. I have been driving these roads since 2016. Knowing them well is how I know when to stay off them.
