What do you actually clean?

Weekly upkeep. Bi-weekly. Monthly. Deep cleans. Move-in/move-out. Organization and decluttering. Postpartum help. If it involves cleaning a house in Boulder County, I probably do it.

How long does a deep cleaning take?

Four to eight hours. Depends on the house. I don't rush. Older mountain homes have dust in places standard cleaners miss. I find it.

How are you different from a franchise crew?

I don't send strangers. I don't work from a checklist someone else wrote. I've been driving the Nederland-to-Boulder canyon since 2016. I know which houses have well water, which have septic, which need the ash protocol after fire season. You can't train that in a weekend seminar.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids, pets, and allergy sufferers?

Yes. I don't use anything I wouldn't use in my own house. No bleach. No ammonia. No 'green' label that just means it costs more. I have customers with allergies. I use unscented products when they need it. If your dog licks the floor after I leave, I'm not worried. You shouldn't be either.

How do you handle Boulder County's unique mountain living challenges?

I live here. I know Boulder County's dust, pollen, wildfire seasons, altitude grime, road dust, and snow grit, and I adjust for your reality, not a generic checklist. From Black Hawk to Boulder, Nederland to Coal Creek Canyon, I treat every property with the local knowledge it deserves.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of my clients give me secure access. I treat your house the way I'd treat my own. One customer said the day I clean feels like a holiday in her own home.

Do you offer discounts for new residential clients?

Yes. I offer $25–$100 off your first clean depending on the scope, plus 10% off when you set up recurring service. Refer a friend and you both get rewarded.

I wash it. I fold it. I put it away. I don't leave it in a basket on the bed.

STR Staging and Restocking
I fold towels the way guests expect. I put the WiFi password where they find it. I restock toilet paper, coffee, soap. I take pictures before I leave.

I don’t grocery shop. I don’t run errands. I don’t prepare meals. I don’t co-host or manage your property.
